CANCELLATION POLICY

As a private service, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To honor my time and maintain a seamless experience for all clients, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours—or missed entirely—will incur a 20% service fee, automatically charged to the card on file. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service, and at 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the fee will apply.
